Cap 600
Cap 600 is a potent water-soluble anticoccidial formulation containing Amprolium HCl, designed to prevent and treat coccidiosis in poultry. By targeting thiamine-dependent metabolism in protozoa, Cap 600 ensures effective control of intestinal parasites without disrupting normal gut flora.

(Amprolium is indicated for the prevention and treatment of coccidiosis by competitively inhibiting thiamine uptake in protozoal parasites, leading to their starvation and death.)
Prevention and treatment of caecal and intestinal coccidiosis in poultry.
Amprolium mimics the structure of thiamine (vitamin B1) and interferes with its absorption in protozoal parasites such as Eimeria spp. By blocking the thiamine transport mechanism, Amprolium disrupts the parasites' energy metabolism, ultimately leading to their starvation and elimination.
Administer via drinking water:
Treatment: 1 g per 5 liters of water (equivalent to 20 mg/kg body weight) for 5–7 days.
Severe cases: 1 g per 2.5 liters of water for 10 days.
Prevention: 1 g per 10 liters of water or 1 g per 30 kg body weight for 3–5 days.
