C-Mox

C-Mox is a broad-spectrum antibacterial formulation combining Amoxicillin and Colistin Sulphate, offering potent efficacy against gastrointestinal, respiratory, and urogenital infections in poultry and small ruminants. This synergistic blend effectively controls infections caused by both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, improving health and performance in animals.

Each 100 gm contains:

  • Amoxicillin Trihydrate – 15 gm

  • Colistin Sulphate – 50,000,000 IU

C-Mox is indicated in poultry and small ruminants for:

  • Coryza

  • E. coli infections

  • Fowl typhoid

  • Bronchopneumonia

  • Chronic Respiratory Disease (CRD)

  • Other associated respiratory and gastrointestinal infections

  • Amoxicillin is a semi-synthetic penicillin that disrupts bacterial cell wall synthesis, leading to cell death.

  • Colistin Sulphate is a polymyxin antibiotic that interacts with the bacterial outer membrane of Gram-negative bacteria, increasing permeability and causing cell lysis.

Together, they provide a strong, synergistic action against a broad spectrum of bacterial pathogens.
