Coxx 30

Coxx 30 is a broad-spectrum sulfonamide-based anticoccidial formulation containing Sulphaclozine sodium. It is highly effective against both intestinal and caecal coccidiosis in poultry and also provides therapeutic benefits in bacterial infections such as fowl cholera and fowl typhoid.

Sulphaclozine sodium (Sulphachloropyrazine monohydrate) – 300 mg/g

  • Caecal and intestinal coccidiosis in poultry

  • Fowl cholera

  • Fowl typhoid

Sulphaclozine interferes with the folate synthesis pathway in coccidia by acting as a competitive antagonist of para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA). This inhibits DNA replication and cell division in the parasite, leading to its elimination. Its antimicrobial properties also provide control over bacterial infections like Pasteurella and Salmonella species.

Administer via drinking water or feed:

  • Poultry (Water): 1–2 g per liter of drinking water for 3 days → 2 days plain water → repeat if necessary

  • Poultry (Feed): 2 kg of Coxx 30 per ton of feed for 3 days

  • Effective against multiple Eimeria species

  • Dual action against coccidiosis and bacterial infections

  • Easy administration through both water and feed

  • Rapid onset of action with noticeable clinical improvement

  • Suitable for curative and preventive programs
