Primisol 50 is a potent broad-spectrum anthelmintic specially formulated to treat and control gastrointestinal and respiratory nematodes in poultry and livestock. With Levamisole hydrochloride as its active ingredient, it is highly effective against common parasitic worms and the fowl eye worm, offering rapid parasite clearance and improved health performance.

Levamisole acts as a cholinergic agonist, stimulating the parasite’s nerve ganglia and muscle membrane receptors, resulting in paralysis and expulsion from the host. It also enhances immune function, making it especially effective in fighting off parasite reinfestation.
Poultry (general deworming): 1 g in 2–3 liters of drinking water over 12 hours
Fowl eyeworm: Use a 10% solution; apply a few drops directly into the eye—parasite is eliminated within 1 hour
Cattle, buffalo, sheep, goats: 1 g per 25–50 kg body weight, administered via drinking water
General dose range: 36–48 mg per kg body weight
